PLEASE NOTICE

  • To make a call to reception, please dial 2100 on your room phone.
  • To make a call to another room in the hotel, please dial #2 and then the room number you want to call. Inside the hotel calls are free of charge.
  • Check-in is at 16:00, check-out until 12:00. Every extra hour costs 7 €.
  • Please make sure to return your key card to receptionist on leaving.
  • Always carry the key card and card pocket with you. The card confirms your right to move freely throughout the hotel and you can add your services on the room bill and pay for them when you leave the hotel.
  • The room key card must be returned to the administrator when you leave the hotel.
  • It is forbidden to smoke indoors and balconies. 30€ fine will be added to your room invoice.
  • Burning candles in your room is forbbiden. Fine of 15€ will be added to your room invoice.
  • In currency we accept cash (€) and credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.
  • Buffet beakfast is free of charge for hotel guests. Served at the restaurant: Mon-Fri 07:30-10:00; Sat-Sun 7:30-11:00.
  • For further questions our receptionist is available every day 24/7. You can also reach reception by dialling 2100 from your room telephone.

HOTEL PLAN

  • 1. floor: Main entrance, reception, restaurant, wellness centre, billiards room, gym and spa.
  • 2. floor: Standard rooms 213 – 240, Superior rooms 283-298, sauna suite 285.
  • 3. floor: Standard rooms 313 – 340, Superior rooms 383-398, sauna suite 385.
  • 4. floor: Superior rooms 420-440, Commodore suite 445 and Seaside suite 501.

ROOM SERVICE

  • It is possible to order breakfast to your hotel room. Please inform receptionist evening before at the latest 22:00. Service fee: 7€.
  • You can order food and beverages to your room during restaurant opening hours. Please dial 2100 from room phone. Service fee is 5€.
  • Please scan the QR code on the current page with your smartphone camera to see the room menu.
  • If you stay more than one night, we will tidy your room every day. When you don’t need your room to be cleaned, please leave the „Please do not disturb“ sign on the door.
  • Rooms with a pet are not day cleaned for everyone’s safety.

SPA

Spa includes a 5x15m indoor pool, 8x3m massage pool with numerous massage jets, children’s pool and relaxing jacuzzi.

Our spa is a paradise for sauna lovers, because here’s entirely six different saunas: Finnish sauna, salt sauna, storm sauna, tar sauna, juniper sauna and steam sauna. There are also cold-water buckets for cooling down the body, and a bar with a relaxation area.

Visiting the spa is free for hotel guests.

OPENING TIMES OF THE SPA:
Large pool and Finnish saunas Mon-Sun: 09:00-21:00.
Sauna centre is open Mon-Fri: 17:00-21:00 and Sat-Sun: 09:00-21:00

It’s possible to buy flip-flops/slippers from reception for 5€/2€ and rent bathrobes for 5€.

Guests under the age of 12 may only use the aqua and sauna centre with an adult who is responsible for the child’s safety and behaviour.

GYM

Hotel gym with traditional strength and cardio equipment is located on the first floor opposite the spa changing rooms. The gym is open every day from 08:00 to 21:00 and is free for use for hotel guests.

WELLNESS CENTRE

Our Wellness Center, located on the first floor of the hotel, has received the greatest inspiration from the sea and its powerful health-promoting properties. The treatments are carried out with the products of award-winning French brands Sothys and Phytomer.

You can book the treatments by dialling 2100 from your room phone or check and book the availability online.

In case you need to cancel your treatment, do it at least 2 hours before the beginning of the procedure. When cancelling later we’ll charge 75% of the procedure cost.
If you’re late for your procedure then the procedure time shortens correspondingly.

FOOD AND DRINKS

Restaurant Meri is a place where unwavering love for local ingredients meet the chef’s masterful talent to combine the classics of domestic international cuisine.
 A place, where you can relax and combine taste experiences with visual pleasures from beautiful Kuressaare bay.

Daily lunch offers are available Mon-Fri 12:00-15:00 (excluding summer period)

À la carte menu Sun-Thu 16:00-22:00, Fri-Sat (and public holidays) 15:00-22:00 (last order to the kitchen 21:30)

Buffet beakfast is free of charge for hotel guests. Served at the restaurant: Mon-Fri 07:30-10:00; Sat-Sun (and public holidays) 7:30-11:00.

SAFETY

  • When you leave the room, check that your door is locked. Do not let any strangers to your room.
  • We recommend to use safety box at reception to store valuables and documents.
  • Always carry keycard and card pocket with you. It confirms your right to move freely on the hotel area.
  • You can use card pocket in the bar, restaurant, spa and wellness centre to prove that you are our guest and put charges on your room invoice to pay them all together on check out.
  • If you have lost your keycard or card pocket, let receptionist know immediately.
  • Guests must leave the room at the latest 12.00. Every extra
  • When you leave the room, disconnect all electric devices with room card.
  • It is forbidden to use electric hair blowers, coffeemakers etc. taken along.
  • When you spot fire or smoke, let receptionist know immediately, dial 2100 on your room phone.
  • If you hear alarm or got signal to evacuate, then take your documents and leave the room in directed way, close the door and move towards the closest exit.
  • If it is impossible to evacuate from the room, close the door, call to reception (dial 2100) and announce your room number and the number of people.
