Our head of catering, Rasmus Vinn, has this year woven together classic Christmas notes with memories from his own childhood – the result is genuine, heartfelt, and festive.

And while flavours matter, what truly stays with you are the people you share the moment with.
Choose between a three-course festive menu or a Christmas buffet for larger gatherings.

3-course menu:

  • Salmon in beet marinade, radish, herb mayonnaise, chives
